I’m Bran Rainey, a 17-year-old guy from Eastern Canada. You can find me around the internet with some variation on my real name, usually BranRainey, BranER, Bran371, or simply Bran. I became an Illemonatus sometime in 2006, and have since been spending a least a little bit of time on the Lemon Demon forum and at Internet Stonehenge. According to my not-very-scientific observations, I listen to Lemon Demon more than most long-term fans. I find most of my music nowadays through listener requests on my occasional AUDIBLE Radio broadcasts.

My best friend is Ryan Lalonde. We make videos together as Ryan and Bran (guess where the name comes from) and release them on YouTube every once in a while. When I’m not doing sketches as RAB, I help my friend James Hardiment with his projects, and develop many of my own short films and unfilmed screenplays. I plan to attend film school in less than a year, where I will hopefully have a chance to do something more ambitious.

Aside from my main projects above, I have many side projects that I’ve picked up and dropped over the years. My biggest one at the moment is Likes to Ramble, a blog I work on with other amateur writers. I’m the most prolific contributor as of July 2010, writing mostly about movies, the web, and society, in humourous and serious formats. I also produce Indie Game Comic, a webcomic (very loosely) about freeware games. I started IGC in 2007 and have been working on it sporadically ever since; nobody actually reads it, but I like to experiment with the style.

On this wiki, I’m a volunteer sysop with tons of edits. I mostly focus on proper documentation, rulekeeping, and minor stylistic garbage — basically a glorified wikignome.
