NEW DESIGN!

• I don’t know… disabling the post counts seems to have helped reduce postwhoring to some extent, and I think if we start having a special section to honour those who have gotten a large number of posts might increase the problem again. Re-redesign

buggy pages

I’ve noticed that all of the lyrics and infoboxes on all pages are messed up. Instead of displaying the lyrics as normal, the pages have lately been displaying {{#Lyrics, followed by the lyrics with line breaks only between verses, and the ending braces, }}.

It’s just been doing this for today as far as I know, and the song pages haven’t been changed. I can’t locate the lyrics template; was it accidentally trashed? Qhiiyr

• ‘Lyrics’ is not a template, but a server-side parser function. Some of them stopped working today when I upgraded to MediaWiki 1.8.1 (from the 1.7 series). I’m looking into it. — Æther Bunny / Talk? (Wed, 11 Oct 2006 20:40:30 -0400)

Colour problems

This is how it looks in OmniWeb, Safari, and IE7. It does look fine on Firefox, though. Why is this exactly? Does it do this for anyone else? - Cam | Talk

• It looks fine to me. If you want, you can remove the background in the image in Photoshop. Nah, wait, I’ll do it myself. —~Chiaro::Talk
  • I tried using gif transperancy (see here), but it looked horrible. Any other ideas?
    • Why would you use the gif format? You can save with transparency just fine as a png file, and it seems to looks nicer. - Cam | Talk
